Icebreaker – How long have you been attending Grace?

1. The mission at Grace is transformed lives for Christ. Share a brief testimony of the transformation you’ve seen in your life since coming to Grace.

2. When a lion or a bear came to steal a lamb, David went after it and beat it to death. Discuss whether you go after a problem and beat it or if you let it torment you and give it no response.

3. Have you grown to a place spiritually where you can see yourself winning when a tough situation comes against you?

4. As you grow spiritually, do you find you’re able to avoid skandalon? Or do you find yourself still taking the bait?

5. A sign of spiritual growth is when you know who conquers and you know who kills. Discuss how this statement refers to God being the conqueror, but you have to put in the effort to kill off triggers that lead to poor behaviors that keep you in bondage.
